Role Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, meeting targets, and promoting the company's portfolio of paints and coatings. Key tasks include generating and following up on leads, presenting product features and benefits, negotiating contracts, and maintaining knowledge of industry trends. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bharuch, requiring regular client engagement and reporting.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and negotiation
- Knowledge of paint products and coatings, including industrial, decorative, and automotive categories
- Proficiency in Market Research and Competitor Analysis
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Customer Service
- Ability to meet sales targets and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience in sales within the paint or hardware industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
