Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. Responsibilities will include identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and presenting potential buyers with property options that meet their needs. The role also involves negotiating sales agreements, meeting sales targets, providing excellent after-sales support, and contributing to strategic sales planning and market analysis.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to address queries with clarity and professionalism
- Knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in Pune and the surrounding areas, is a significant advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, real estate, or a similar industry is advantageous
