Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Delhi, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, building client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, recommending NextLeap's programs, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process. The Sales Executive will also manage sales pipelines and provide timely updates to the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation, Client Prospecting, and Relationship Building
- Proven ability in Negotiation, Closing Sales, and Achieving Sales Targets
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in EdTech or technology-related sales is a plus
