Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, understanding their property requirements, and providing customized real estate solutions. Daily tasks include presenting property options, negotiating deals, and providing end-to-end support for transactions. The Sales Executive will also maintain relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction by offering expert guidance and professional service.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales, client relationship management, and business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and perform effective property research
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with digital marketing strategies
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple clients simultaneously
- Prior experience in real estate sales or consultancy is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of Gurgaon and Delhi NCR real estate market trends is a plus
- Availability to work on-site in Gurugram and meet clients in-person regularly
