Next Step HR is hiring a Sales Representative for a reputed hospitality company specializing in luxury villas and hotels all across Maharashtra, based in Worli, Mumbai
Location: Worli, Mumbai (On-site)
Key Responsibilities
- Convert offline bookings generated through the official website.
- Provide property details and support to guests who have booked via OTAs (Online Travel Agencies) such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, and Airbnb.
- Client Servicing: Manage end-to-end client servicing via phone, ensuring guest satisfaction both before and after the check-in process.
Required Skills
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) for effective client handling.
- Proven ability to close leads and handle inquiries with professional closing techniques.
- Familiarity with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and basic CRM workflows.
- A dedicated professional mindset focused on client servicing and high-quality service delivery.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to handle high volumes of inquiries professionally.
