About the Role
We are hiring 2–3 Remote Sales Executives to sell our SMS + LMS platform to schools and coaching centers. This is a high-performance sales role involving cold calling, meeting booking, and closing deals.
💰 Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
- Incentive: ₹15,000 per deal (No cap)
High performers can earn ₹50K–₹1L/month.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Make daily cold calls to schools and coaching centers
- Generate and qualify leads
- Book product demo meetings
- Conduct online demos (Zoom/Google Meet)
- Follow up with prospects and close deals
- Maintain daily activity and sales reports
✅ Requirements
- Strong communication skills (English + Tamil preferred)
- Experience in sales / telecalling / business development (preferred but not mandatory)
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejections
- Basic knowledge of Zoom, Google Meet, Excel/Sheets
- Self-driven and target-oriented
