Job Title: Sales Manager – CSR Partnerships (Environment & Sustainability)
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
About the Role
We are building one of India’s most ambitious platforms at the intersection of climate action, agriculture, and industry.
This role sits at the heart of that mission.
As Sales Manager – CSR Partnerships, you will work directly with leading corporates across India, helping them deploy high-impact CSR initiatives focused on:
- Soil restoration
- Sustainable agriculture
- Biomass utilisation & stubble burning reduction
- Carbon removal and climate action
This is not a transactional sales role.
This is an opportunity to shape large-scale environmental programs and build partnerships that deliver measurable impact on the ground.
What You Will Do
- Build and manage relationships with CSR heads, sustainability teams, and CXOs
- Identify and close CSR funding partnerships for large-scale environmental programs
- Position our solutions as high-impact, measurable CSR interventions
- Develop proposals, presentations, and customised program structures
- Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation → pitch → closure → account management
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure execution excellence and reporting
- Represent the company at industry forums, sustainability events, and corporate meetings

Who We Are Looking For
- 2-5 years experience in B2B sales / CSR partnerships / sustainability / consulting
- Strong ability to engage with senior corporate stakeholders
- Experience in CSR, ESG, sustainability, development sector, or advisory roles preferred
- Excellent communication and proposal-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, build-from-scratch environment
