Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Executive will focus on identifying and engaging potential clients, managing the sales cycle, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, preparing sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver suitable IT solutions to clients will also be essential in this role.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to communicate value propositions and close deals effectively
- Customer relationship management and the ability to maintain long-term partnerships
- Market research and lead generation expertise
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time-management capabilities to meet deadlines and sales goals
- Basic understanding of IT solutions and their business applications (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in sales or account management in the IT sector (advantageous but not mandatory
