Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive located on-site in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, conducting market research to identify customer needs, and promoting the company’s products and services. Additional responsibilities include providing after-sales support, preparing reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and business development skills, including client acquisition and relationship management
- Knowledge of market research, customer needs analysis, and sales strategies
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a goal-oriented environment
- Proficiency in local languages (e.g., Telugu) and knowledge of the regional market are highly preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the agriculture, retail, or FMCG sector is an added advantage
