Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Nashik. The Sales Executive will focus on driving revenue growth through the identification of new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, presenting product solutions, negotiating and closing sales deals, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves collaborating with the internal team to align sales strategies and identify market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand Nanobot’s dealer and distributor network in Nashik and nearby territories.
- Visit wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and modern trade outlets regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and increase market coverage.
- Ensure proper product visibility and branding at dealer outlets.
- Conduct market surveys and provide competitor analysis.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding dues from customers.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and operations team for smooth order execution.
- Build long-term relationships with channel partners.
- Collect market feedback regarding pricing, products, and customer preferences.
- Promote new product launches and schemes in the market.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and convert potential leads
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in housewares, kitchenware, steel utensils, plasticware, or FMCG products.
- Candidates with existing dealer/distributor connections in Maharashtra will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Strategic thinking and the ability to understand market trends and customer needs
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering impactful sales presentations and reports
- Experience in the housewares or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

- Based in Nashik or nearby areas
- Familiar with Maharashtra market dynamics
- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English
