We’re Hiring – Sales Executive
Locations: Multiple outlets across Kerala & Bangalore
MYDESIGNATION is expanding, and we’re looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our retail team!
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue goals.
Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and POS operations in compliance with company policies.
Maintain store visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
Support store opening and closing procedures as per SOP.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and overall brand presentation standards.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Who Can Apply?
Freshers with strong communication skills
Candidates with minimum 6 months of retail sales experience preferred
Passion for fashion and customer service
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Malayalam, Tamil / Kannada preferred)
Positive attitude and sales-driven mindset
Presentable and confident personality
Ability to work on rotational shifts & weekends
