Location: Bhartiya City Mall, Bangalore
MYDESIGNATION PVT. LTD. is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team at Bhartiya City Mall, Bangalore.
If you are passionate about fashion, love interacting with customers, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment — we’d love to meet you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience
- Drive store sales and achieve individual targets
- Assist customers with product selection and styling suggestions
- Maintain VM standards and store cleanliness
- Handle billing, basic POS operations, and stock coordination
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits
🔹 Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Kannada preferred)
- Presentable and confident personality
- Target-oriented and proactive attitude
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends & holidays
