Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and delivering tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include managing the sales process, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional service to clients to ensure long-term partnerships. - Expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Negotiation, Persuasion, and Conflict Resolution skills
- Organizational proficiency with attention to detail and time management
- Adaptability, resilience, and a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Industry experience in influencer marketing or digital platforms is a strong advantage
