Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive who can build strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, and CSR stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in institutional sales, CSR fundraising for environmental initiatives, and the ability to drive partnerships that support sustainability programs.
The candidate should also possess a basic understanding of horticulture, plantation activities, and environmental initiatives to effectively communicate the value of MyTree Enviros programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, educational institutions, and corporate CSR teams.
- Generate leads and close partnerships for environmental activities, tree plantation programs, eco-clubs, green campus initiatives, and sustainability campaigns.
- Identify and approach companies for CSR funding opportunities related to environmental and social impact projects.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and proposal discussions with institutional decision-makers and CSR heads.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful execution of plantation and environmental programs.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term engagement opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and partnership targets.
- Build a pipeline of institutional and CSR opportunities in Hyderabad and surrounding regions.
- Participate in environmental events, educational expos, CSR forums, and networking activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, CSR partnerships, or business development.
- Proven experience working with schools, colleges, or educational institutions.
- Experience in generating CSR funds for environmental, sustainability, or social impact activities.
- Good understanding of horticulture, plantation activities, or environmental sustainability concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and proposal management capabilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about environmental impact.
- Ability to travel locally for meetings and partnership activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in NGOs, environmental organizations, educational outreach, or CSR consulting.
- Existing network with schools, educational institutions, or CSR decision-makers in Hyderabad.
- Passion for sustainability and community engagement initiatives.
