Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Trivandrum. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored jewelry solutions. Daily tasks include assisting customers in selecting products, maintaining product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and providing an exceptional in-store experience. The role also involves collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining store presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Effective customer service and relationship management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse clientele
- Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones, particularly gold and diamonds, is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain an organized and visually appealing store display
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectiveness
- Relevant experience in retail, luxury goods, or the jewelry industry preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is advantageous
