Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Trivandrum. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations. The role involves maintaining strong product knowledge, managing sales transactions, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining store displays, updating product information, and building long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve targets
- Basic knowledge of the jewelry industry, gemstones, and precious metals is preferred
- Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced retail environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer software
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in jewelry sales or luxury retail is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
