Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Trivandrum. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing excellent service, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day activities will include showcasing jewelry collections, delivering personalized product recommendations, processing transactions, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires an ability to maintain product knowledge and stay updated on current industry trends to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer service expertise, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Knowledge or experience in jewelry sales, including an understanding of gold and diamond certifications, is preferred.
- Organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple customer profiles and product lines.
- Basic proficiency in using sales or inventory software and point-of-sale systems.
- A customer-focused mindset, integrity, and passion for delivering excellence.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours, as required for the retail environment.
- Prior experience in a retail or luxury goods environment is a plus.
