Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, showcasing properties, and closing sales deals while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms
- Conduct client meetings to understand property requirements and preferences
- Present and demonstrate residential/commercial properties to prospective buyers
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
- Assist customers with site visits and property documentation process
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building ability
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of real estate market and property laws
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales
