Role Description
MS Systems is looking for a motivated and field-oriented Sales Executive for the B2C segment to support the company’s growing solar business in Kerala. This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi.
The candidate will be responsible for generating residential solar leads, handling customer interactions, conducting site visits when required, explaining solar solutions to prospective customers, and coordinating with internal teams to support smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and manage B2C solar sales leads
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Explain solar products, pricing, and benefits to customers
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations and project follow-ups
• Meet monthly sales and conversion targets
• Conduct market research and identify new customer opportunities
Requirements
• Good communication (English, Malayalam) and interpersonal skills
• Interest in sales, business development, or renewable energy
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
• Basic understanding of customer handling and follow-ups
• Prior sales experience is preferred (2-3years work experience)
