Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tamilnadu, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing sales leads, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying and approaching potential customers, conducting market research, preparing detailed sales reports, and providing excellent customer support. The role also involves coordinating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other events.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in sales strategies, lead generation, and client relationship management
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data effectively
- Experience in using CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
- Proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English and local language(s); additional languages are a plus
- Relevant experience [atleast two years] in sales, marketing, or related fields is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
