Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the internal operations team to ensure exceptional customer service. The candidate will also monitor market trends and strategize to enhance business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.
- Market Research and Strategy: Experience in identifying market opportunities, analyzing trends, and creating actionable strategies for business growth.
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relations and negotiate effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Adaptability and Collaboration: Ability to work in a dynamic environment, demonstrate flexibility, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and prior experience in sales or logistics is advantageous.
