Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for interacting with clients to understand and meet their real estate needs, conducting market research, generating leads, and managing the sales process from initial outreach to closure. This role includes building strong relationships with clients, providing expertise on property options, and working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve sales targets. The Sales Executive will also assist in negotiating favorable terms for clients and ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Knowledge of the Real Estate Market, including Residential and Commercial Properties
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Familiarity with Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Conversion Techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Relevant experience in sales roles; real estate sales experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to work on-site at the Noida office
