Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and conducting market research. The role involves regular client meetings, collaboration with the internal teams, and a focused effort on expanding the organization's market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in lead generation, sales strategy development, and negotiation tactics
- Experience in customer relationship management, client retention, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales trends
- Proactive and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of branding, marketing, or advertising industries is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role is preferred
