About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and achieving monthly sales targets. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, or CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
