Irvana Properties is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market
- Generate leads through various channels such as calls, site visits, and networking
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property options
- Conduct property site visits and presentations for potential buyers
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Negotiate deals and close sales efficiently
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of real estate market trends
- Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
