Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Begusarai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products and solutions. Daily tasks include maintaining product displays, managing stock levels, processing sales transactions, and ensuring accurate billing and documentation. The role also involves building strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and supporting promotional activities to increase sales. The Sales Executive will collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets and uphold high standards of service and compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain product features and benefits.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and close sales effectively.
