Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Rajasthan, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners, promoting Maxiva's product portfolio, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves visiting various agricultural markets, understanding customer needs, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company’s goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
- Strong knowledge of agricultural input products, including pesticides, biopesticides, and fertilizers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Comfortable with on-field roles requiring frequent travel within the assigned region
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the agricultural input industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness Management, or a related field is advantageous
