Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company's cutting tools and solutions. Responsibilities also include preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating closely with the marketing and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial tools industry
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Knowledge of cutting tools, manufacturing industry, or related technical expertise is an advantage
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English and regional languages is an asset
