About us
Malhar Music is an online music academy with students across 12+ countries and a live app. We are in the process of launching multiple courses and apps and we're looking for someone who wants to be part of building that from the ground up.
What you'll do
· Talk to people who are interested in joining and help them enroll - mostly over WhatsApp
· Keep track of all leads and follow ups in an organised way
· Once someone joins, make sure they are onboarded properly and don't go quiet
· Hit monthly sales targets and grow them over time
· Share what you're seeing on the ground - what leads are asking, what's working, what isn't
Who we're looking for
· 0–2 years in inside sales
· Has used WhatsApp business tools like Wati or Interakt
· Sold a course, subscription, or edtech product before — big plus
· Thinks in numbers and targets, not just conversations
· Knows when to follow up and when to back off
· Fluent in English and Malayalam
