Job Overview
- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining financial products, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain financial products
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable banking/financial products
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (Completed)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in telesales (Finance/Banking preferred)
- (Candidates with 23 months telesales experience can be considered for junior roles)
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of banking and financial products (loans, credit cards, etc.)
- Strong sales and negotiation ability
- Target-driven and self-motivate.
