Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, based in Balangir, with some flexibility to work from home. The Sales Executive will manage customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, perform market analysis, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include promoting Lubi Industries’ water pumps and motors, preparing sales proposals, providing technical guidance, and fostering long-term partnerships with clients. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential in this role.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Negotiation skills, including identifying potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales deals.
- Market Analysis and Sales Strategy skills, such as analyzing market trends and developing effective sales plans.
- Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Technical knowledge of water pumps, motors, and related products is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or similar roles, especially in the manufacturing or engineering industry, is a strong asset.
