Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales of debt management and financial solutions. The role includes managing customer inquiries, conducting consultations, negotiating agreements, and meeting monthly sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction is a key part of the position.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Sales, business development, or client relationship management experience
- Understanding of financial solutions, debt management, and customer needs
- Proficient in problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, result-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in financial or related industries is a plus
