Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Malappuram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and providing tailored recommendations for ethnic and fashion apparel. Key responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, ensuring organized retail displays, managing transactions, and building relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for providing exceptional customer service and engaging with diverse customers
- Sales and negotiation skills to effectively meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
- Attention to detail, product knowledge, and an understanding of current ethnic and fashion trends
- Team collaboration skills to work in a fast-paced retail environment
