Lightronics is looking for someone to join as a Sales Executive for Gujarat and Hyderabad
About the Role
The candidate for this position will play a key role in expanding Lightronics’ business presence across Gujarat and Hyderabad. Using a consultative sales approach, the candidate will identify customer requirements, promote suitable electronic component solutions, and develop long-term business relationships with both existing and new customers.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of electronic components and applications across industries such as lighting, consumer electronics, toys, smart devices, and electrical accessories.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory
- Develop business from both new and existing customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable component solutions
- Coordinate with customers regarding product requirements, samples, and technical discussions
- Manage customer communication, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and business execution
- Travel within Gujarat / Hyderabad for customer visits and business development activities
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of sales experience in electronic components or related industries
- Good understanding of electronic components and their practical applications
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets
- Experience working with CRM systems will be an added advantage
- Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field preferred
