Role Description
This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Patna, Bihar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closure. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals or presentations, negotiating contracts, working to achieve sales targets, and addressing client queries in a timely, professional manner. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in market trend analyses will also be a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of market research, lead generation, and business development
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on client relationship management
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with the solar energy, telecommunications, or construction sectors is a plus
- Flexibility to travel locally for client meetings and on-site visits, as required
