Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Executive located in Patna. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling financial products and services to potential and existing customers. Day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying prospective clients, conducting client meetings, understanding customer needs, explaining product offerings, achieving sales targets, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Additionally, the Sales Executive will contribute to growing the company's customer base and market presence while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in sales, marketing, customer relationship management, and business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities, with a focus on client engagement
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and adapt to market challenges
• Basic knowledge of financial products and services such as loans, insurance, pensions, and investment plans
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the financial services or banking sector is an advantage
• Proficiency in local language(s) is preferred, along with a professional demeanor and a results-driven mindset
