Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth through lead generation, client follow-ups, revenue collection, and target achievement. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with potential clients in the real estate and construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication
• Convert inquiries into business opportunities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with clients regarding project updates and documentation
• Handle revenue collection and payment follow-ups
• Maintain daily sales reports and client records
• Conduct site visits and client meetings when required
Requirements & Skills:
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong follow-up and client handling ability
• Self-motivated with target-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer management
• Ability to work in field sales environment
Mandatory Requirement:
• Must own a bike with valid driving license
Education: Graduate in any discipline preferred
