Job Summary

Levenus Promaxx Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales (Real Estate) Executive to drive business growth in the B2C segment, focusing on individual plot/land owners who want to build their homes but lack time and expertise.


The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, explaining construction services, and closing deals. The role requires strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads for residential and commercial construction projects (plot owners, individual home builders)
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and consultations to understand customer requirements
  • Explain company services including end-to-end construction solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed projects
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for proposal preparation
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM data and update sales pipeline regularly
  • Participate in marketing activities, campaigns, and site promotions
  • Handle basic client queries related to costing, timelines, and project execution


Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales (construction / real estate preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Basic knowledge of construction process or real estate market is a plus
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office


Education

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred
