About The Role
Lentera Technologies is looking for FRESHERS who are enthusiastic and interested in building a career in Sales and Business Development. No prior work experience is required. The selected candidates will receive an opportunity to learn sales processes, customer handling, lead generation, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain the company’s products or services.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads and business opportunities.
- Maintain customer information and update sales activities in CRM/Excel.
- Work with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Qulaification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.
- FRESHERS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY – NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, willingness to learn, and interest in Sales and Business Development.
