Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and driving sales in the retail store. Daily tasks include understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, managing inventory, ensuring the smooth operation of store processes, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves contributing to an excellent in-store shopping experience and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Lenskart’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
- Sales expertise, including keen negotiation and persuasion skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and meet diverse client needs
- Proficiency in handling point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management tools
- Proactive approach to achieving sales targets and contributing to team success
- Retail or sales experience, particularly in eyewear or fashion, is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred but not mandatory
