Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. Key responsibilities include managing existing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and presenting customized hotel solutions. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain client relationships and understand customer needs
- Analytical and research skills to identify market trends and business opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and presentation preparation
- Knowledge or experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
