Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune District for a Sales Administrator. The role involves providing administrative support to the sales team, processing client orders, managing records, and coordinating tasks for the seamless execution of property transactions. The Sales Administrator will maintain clear communication with clients, ensure client satisfaction, support sales activities, and assist in day-to-day operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Experience with Order Processing and Sales, with the ability to manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including organization, scheduling, and document management.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure a smooth workflow in property-related tasks and transactions.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, including Microsoft Office or similar platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams, as well as independently, in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with property legal documentation and registration processes is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred.
