**Position:** Sales Executive & Business Development Manager
**Location:** Noida (On-site)
LEASING BABA is looking for motivated and result-oriented professionals to join our growing commercial real estate team.
Salary Structure
Freshers:₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives
2+ Years of Experience: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Working Schedule
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days:26 Days per Month
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and qualify new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Conduct client meetings and property visits
* Negotiate and close commercial leasing transactions
* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Candidate Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong sales and negotiation abilities
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional approach
* Experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage
