Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Noida office, for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading end-to-end sales processes, contacting prospective students, providing information on educational opportunities, and offering personalized recommendations. The role also involves preparing detailed reports, maintaining accurate pipeline data, and working closely with the counseling and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospective students and clients.
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Understanding of the education industry or the ability to quickly learn about educational programs and offerings.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and tools for tracking sales progress and reporting.
- Highly goal-driven, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Problem-solving ability and positive attitude towards delivering superior customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the higher education sector or EdTech is a bonus but not mandatory.
