Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bharatpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with laboratories, research institutions, and healthcare facilities, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include visiting client sites, presenting product portfolios, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, and negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. The Sales Executive will also track market trends, gather customer feedback, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Proven sales or business development skills in laboratory, biomedical, pharmaceutical, or medical device products, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Solid understanding of laboratory chemicals, diagnostic test kits, or analytical/biomedical instruments, or willingness to quickly learn technical product details.
- Good organizational, time-management, and territory-planning abilities, including maintaining accurate records of visits, leads, and sales activities.
- Comfort with basic digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, CRM or sales tracking software, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, life sciences, biotechnology, pharmacy, engineering, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- Ability to work independently in the field, travel regularly within the assigned territory, and hold a valid mode of local transportation as required.
- Commitment to ethical sales practices, customer satisfaction, and collaboration with technical and service teams to support clients effectively.
