The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
Roles & Responsibilities
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Must be up to date with the market knowledge.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- Plan and arrange site visits for customers, accompanying them during visits.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competition analysis, and upcoming developments.
- Any important decision, if taken, every employee must inform their manager.
