Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to join Laadli Group's in Noida. You will be responsible for qualifying leads, conducting site visits, building strong client relationships, and closing property deals across our residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and convert incoming leads (Meta Ads, calls, walk-ins)
- Conduct client meetings and site visit coordination
- Explain project details, pricing, and investment benefits clearly
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
- Support channel partners in deal closures
- Build and maintain client relationships for repeat & referral business
- Assist in executing sales campaigns and promotional activities
- Update CRM with lead status and progress tracking
- Achieve individual sales targets
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of real estate sales
- Strong follow-up and persuasion ability
- Presentable and confident personality
Experience:
- 1–4 Years in Sales (Real Estate preferred)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
