B2B Sales Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team at Ksquare Energy Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s solar products and EPC solutions to commercial and industrial customers.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in sales are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in solar product sales, renewable energy solutions, or B2B sales from any industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
- Promote solar products and Solar EPC solutions to commercial and industrial customers
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
- Prepare quotations and assist clients throughout the sales process
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities
- Ability to manage clients professionally
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools preferred
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
