Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by selling mobile app development, web development, OTT solutions, SaaS platforms, and custom software development services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to understand client requirements and convert leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable application development solutions.
- Present company services, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads provided by the company and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records and regularly update sales activities.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in IT Sales, Application Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or Technology Consulting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Understanding of Mobile Apps, Web Applications, OTT Platforms, and SaaS Products.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.

Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Based on Experience)
