Sales Executive Retail Sales | Delhi NCR
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle Retail Sales operations across Delhi NCR. The candidate will be responsible for increasing market coverage, managing dealer and retailer networks, achieving sales targets, and developing strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint and manage retailers and dealers in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct regular market visits to increase product visibility and sales.
- Develop strong relationships with retailers and channel partners.
- Ensure product availability at retail counters.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure timely payment collections from retailers/distributors.
- Maintain daily sales reports and market feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and support.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Delhi NCR retail market.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
Experience
1-10 Years in Retail Sales

Graduate in any discipline
